Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Female Receptionist/Account Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing accounting support.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors

- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail

- Maintain accurate records and files

- Provide administrative support to the team

- Assist with accounting tasks, such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations

- Maintain office supplies and equipment

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,675.20 - ₹25,961.73 per month

Work Location: In person
