Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Management:
- Greeting and directing visitors, clients, and employees.
- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondence (mail, email).
- Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is organized and professional.
- Implementing office security procedures, such as controlling access and issuing visitor badges.
- Administrative Support:
- Ordering and managing office supplies to stay within budget.
- Maintaining office organization by managing filing systems and proper documentation.
- Compiling data and preparing basic reports as needed.
- Handling tasks like travel booking and vendor management, depending on the specific role.
- Customer Service:
- Providing basic and accurate information to callers and visitors.
- Resolving issues to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
