Key Responsibilities

  • Front Office Management:
  • Greeting and directing visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondence (mail, email).
  • Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is organized and professional.
  • Implementing office security procedures, such as controlling access and issuing visitor badges.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Ordering and managing office supplies to stay within budget.
  • Maintaining office organization by managing filing systems and proper documentation.
  • Compiling data and preparing basic reports as needed.
  • Handling tasks like travel booking and vendor management, depending on the specific role.
  • Customer Service:
  • Providing basic and accurate information to callers and visitors.
  • Resolving issues to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
