The Front Desk Receptionist at Lohia Jain Group will be the face of the company, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors and clients. The role involves managing reception operations, handling calls, coordinating with departments, and assisting with administrative activities.

Ø Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.

2. Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently.

3. Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules.

4. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.

5. Assist in daily office administration, including document handling and courier dispatch.

6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.

7. Support HR/Admin team with clerical tasks when required.

8. Ensure a pleasant and professional experience for all guests and clients.

Any other work assigned by higher authorities.

Ø Qualifications

A) Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Arts, or Management).

B) Experience: 3-5 years of experience in front office, reception, or customer service (real estate or corporate office experience preferred).

C) Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

3. Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi.

4. Pleasing personality with a customer-centric attitude.

5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Professional grooming and telephone etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
