Role Overview.
As a Receptionist cum Admin Executive, you will be the face of the organization, responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations and professional client handling. This role blends front-desk management with back-end administrative responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of real estate business
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office & Client Handling:
- Welcome and greet clients and visitors with a professional and positive attitude.
- Educate and explain project details, to prospective clients.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documentation, files, and records.
- Handle day-to-day correspondence, drafting and issuing letters and emails to clients, consultants, and societies.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for the owner
- Real Estate Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate with society members, architects, advocates, accountants, and other consultants involved in project activities.
- Support in documentation related to project approvals, agreements, and legal papers.
- Vendor & External Coordination:
- Network and collaborate with sales agents, vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office and project-related requirements.
- Obtain quotations, follow up on deliveries, and maintain vendor communication records.
- General Office Management:
- Oversee office supplies, housekeeping coordination, and maintenance of office infrastructure.
- Maintain visitor logs, staff attendance, and administrative records.
- Ensure a smooth, organized, and professional office environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Administration, or Real Estate).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative or reception roles within the real estate industry — developer’s office or sales agency preferred.
- Strong knowledge of real estate functioning, especially residential and commercial projects
- Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and email correspondence.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to confidentiality, efficiency, and accuracy.

Salary will be Rs 25,000/- to Rs 35,000 depending upon the experience
Yearly increment of 10% salary and yearly bonus of one salary
