Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Immediate start, full-time position for a three attorney law firm in Elder Law and Special Needs Law in West Palm Beach Florida. 12 staff office.

Salary based on skills, training and experience. 401(k) after one year with employer match. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 5 and one hour for lunch. The firm is closed and employees paid for courthouse holidays. Paid time off and separate additional vacation after 90-day probation.

The position includes being responsible for screening calls for a 5-line phone system, greet, and check-in clients and guests. Also, tasks include witnessing documents, ordering supplies, and maintaining the office environment.

Your role is for a clear friendly voice when answering the phones and interacting with clients. Candidates should be, detailed oriented for phone messages, strong multitasking skills, very computer literate, extremely organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the hospitality services and sales is a plus as is working in a professional services office. Customer service skills are helpful in communicating with the requests for consultations. On the job training is given extensively. And there is opportunity for advancement in all aspects of the practice as a part of the career culture at the firm.
