Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing official correspondence, responding to emails, and addressing online inquiries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients to support smooth supply chain operations.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, process purchase orders (POs) upon receiving client LPOs, and ensure timely preparation of delivery notes.
  • Oversee daily office operations, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely execution of services.
  • Maintain calendars for contract renewals and service agreements, ensuring timely follow-ups and reminders.
  • Keep accurate service records and prepare detailed service reports.
  • Manage petty cash, record expenses, and submit regular reconciliations.
  • Coordinate import shipments, including preparing eDAS attestations.
  • Manage and update online portals such as MOFA and other related platforms.
  • Maintain organized hard and soft copies of purchase records, including tracking serial numbers for warranty documentation.
  • Provide HR support by organizing employee records, maintaining personal folders (physical and digital), and managing leave applications.
  • Ensure adequate stock of office supplies and replenish as required.
  • Create and maintain a structured filing system to facilitate smooth documentation flow and easy retrieval.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
