Job Summary:
Roese Contracting Company is looking to add an assistant to our well-established office. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and helping to keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Perform clerical tasks including answering phones, filing, and scanning
Data entry into various software systems
Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access is a plus)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable following directions exactly
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
