Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Overview

LifeBack is seeking an energetic, motivated professional to join our growing front office team. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to fulfill a part time position.

Part time: 2-3 shifts per week including closing shifts (until 8 or 9pm) and occasional Saturdays.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Patients and will be providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.

Compensation is based on multiple factors including years of experience in an administrative role and level of experience in a behavioral health or similar setting.

· Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
