Job Description/Responsibilities:

· Assist in day-to-day operations of company portfolios for residential apartment buildings

· Develop and uphold strong relationships with residents, vendors, and suppliers by employing excellent communication skills in all interactions

· Deliver high-quality customer service through quick and thorough responses to customer inquiries and requests

· Coordinate resident service issues with the property staff and/or outside vendors

· Follow through to ensure issues are resolved

· Participate in or lead special projects

· Ensure adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule established for the property

· Understand the Management organization through participation on a team that consists of Operations, Leasing, Legal, Compliance, and Project Management

· Performs other related duties as assigned

· Answer and direct internal and external calls that flow through reception

. Scanning of financial documents, leases, work tickets and invoices

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Skills:

· Previous administrative experience preferred

· Strong computer skills, MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Ability to learn technical applications such as (MDS) Multi Data Systems (real estate financial and operational software)

· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service orientation

· Reliable and punctual behavior

· Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times

· Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
