Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are a small company specializing in custom tarps and trailer tarping systems seeking a dependable, organized individual to help manage front office operations in a fast-paced environment. We need someone who takes responsibility and follows through on every task.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in-store and by phone with quotes and orders
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Accurate data entry and document organization
  • Manage daily office operations
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff on orders
  • Follow up on estimates and pending orders
  • Maintain office and restroom cleanliness
  • Assist with social media as needed

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) — Required
  • Prior office experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Punctual and reliable

Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
