Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Assemble, bind, and put together documents for filing.
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as required
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Knowledge of general office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
