Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional customer support, answering phones and taking detailed messages, and handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with office technology will help create an efficient, friendly environment for both clients and team members of this in-house Registed Investment Advisor. Located at Centennial Airport. 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 pm, $20/hr.
Duties
- Manage phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using tools like Microsoft Office
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with clerical duties including data entry, filing systems, proofing documents, and maintaining accurate records
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record keeping, helpful but not required.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and providing customer support.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
- Personal assistant or calendar management experience is highly valued for supporting executives or team leaders.
