We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professional phone etiquette
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a tidy reception area
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
  • Assist with customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email promptly and courteously
  • Maintain office systems using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer literacy tools
  • Perform clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and managing correspondence

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively
  • Familiarity with office management tasks such as calendar management, data entry, filing, and proofreading
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or as a personal assistant is a plus
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in clerical tasks
