Job Overview
Tindon Health & Wealth is seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant & Receptionist to join our Wells office. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The Coordinator will provide critical administrative support, assist with client interactions, and maintain a positive and professional office environment.

Current office space is being built out, so the first few months will be remote/hybrid as the office space is renovated.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
  • Manage client calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to ensure optimal time management.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records in the office database.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, management, and collaboration with team members.
  • Assist with administrative duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
  • Support the sales team by ensuring all client information is up-to-date and confidential.
  • Provide excellent customer support by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive client experience.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required - attitude and willingness to grow is everything
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
