We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our exceptional team. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
- Maintains office supplies, coordinates maintenance of office equipment and office cleaning.
- Keeps inventory of corporate apparel and promotional items and orders as needed.
- Maintains corporate contact lists across various software programs.
- Assists with identifying vendor payment requests for appropriate documentation and requisite approval authority.
- Assists with entering and reviewing employee expenses.
- Maintains tool inventory and vehicle maintenance logs.
- Track vendor items such as W9s, certificates of insurance and licenses. Request updates as needed from vendors.
- Tracks various associations meetings and updates corporate calendar as needed.
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Proven ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Ability to work independently.
Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
