Duties
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using office management software
- Support bookkeeping tasks including basic invoicing and record keeping
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, document proofreading, and organizational duties
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support personal assistant duties as needed, including calendar management and administrative support for staff
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing, and document proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base
- Previous office management or clerical experience is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently while supporting team needs
