We are currently seeking a highly motivated Remote Receptionist to answer phone calls and schedule customers on pest control routes. The ability to communicate effectively, multitask, prioritize, and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is crucial to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer high volumes of inbound calls: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and effectively addressing inquiries.
- Schedule customer appointments: Coordinate pest control service routes by booking appointments with customers and scheduling technicians accordingly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, email correspondence, phone payments, and general bookkeeping tasks.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with service technicians, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members in both written and verbal formats.
- Attention to detail & organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 1+ year of experience as a receptionist (preferred, not required).
- 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred, not required).
- 2 years of college education (preferred, not required).
- Ability to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings and training sessions.
