Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

* Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.

* Manage front desk operations including visitor records and courier handling.

* Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

* Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

* Schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings as required.

* Assist the HR/Admin team with day-to-day support activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
