- Manage appointment schedules, meetings, and calendars
- Maintain records, files, and office documents (physical & digital)
- Prepare basic reports, letters, emails, and notices
- Handle data entry and update databases regularly
- Coordinate between departments and management
- Respond to emails and messages promptly
- Assist in internal communication and follow-ups
- Support billing, invoice generation, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain attendance records, visitor logs, and registers
- Assist HR with joining formalities and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and records
- Follow company policies and administrative procedures
