  • Manage appointment schedules, meetings, and calendars
  • Maintain records, files, and office documents (physical & digital)
  • Prepare basic reports, letters, emails, and notices
  • Handle data entry and update databases regularly
  • Coordinate between departments and management
  • Respond to emails and messages promptly
  • Assist in internal communication and follow-ups
  • Support billing, invoice generation, and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain attendance records, visitor logs, and registers
  • Assist HR with joining formalities and documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and records
  • Follow company policies and administrative procedures

Pay: ₹8,453.40 - ₹18,059.32 per month
