Receptionist/Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area and maintain a neat, presentable front desk
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Handle front desk duties: Answer calls, and maintain reception area.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required
  • Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and call handling
  • Support basic administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
  • Good communication and typing skills.
  • Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
