Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and maintain a neat, presentable front desk
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Handle front desk duties: Answer calls, and maintain reception area.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and call handling
- Support basic administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Good communication and typing skills.
- Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
