Receptionist(Arabic Speaking)

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Arabic-Speaking Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support while maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor records.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
  • Assist with document filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Microsoft Office Proficient

Job Type: Full-time
