Receptionist/Cashier

Trumbull Industries, Inc. - a recognized leader in the distribution of commercial/residential plumbing, industrial PVF and kitchen cabinetry, is currently seeking a Receptionist at our Erie, PA Branch. Trumbull Industries has built a reputation by providing the highest level of customer service and we seek out employees that share this philosophy and excel at providing it.

Essential Functions

• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
• Serves as primary Cashier position.
• Work Saturdays rotation from 8a to 12p
• Performs other duties.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.
