Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Cashier/Administrative Assistant. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in customer service and office administration. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, process transactions accurately, and assist with daily office operations.

ResponsibilitiesReception & Customer Service

  • Welcome customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and take messages as needed.

Cashier Duties

  • Process customer payments accurately using cash, credit cards, checks, and other payment methods.
  • Issue receipts and maintain transaction records.
  • Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Assist customers with payment-related questions.

Administrative Support

  • Perform data entry and basic filing duties.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining office records.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepare simple reports, forms, and correspondence.
  • Support managers and team members with administrative tasks and special projects.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and balancing transactions.
