· Ensure efficient check-in and checkout at all times. Assist in the production of daily figures of revenue and occupancies.
. Fill properly guest's information in the guest profile
· Ensure that Front Office Area is clean and tidy at all times and maintain high standard of personal appearance at all times.
· Ensure that covering letters, Passport copy and vouchers are attached to registration cards after checking in guests and take the proper guarantee from the guest upon check in.
· To check daily reservation and make the allocation as well as checking any special requests accordingly
· To check and follow-up daily departures, before 12:00hrs and use computer professionally and efficiently.
· To check the Housekeeping report and look out for any discrepancy. Follow-up with Housekeeping to prepare the rooms on time.
· To prepare keys and envelopes for groups and individuals after allocating them.
· To ensure efficient check-in and checkout at all times.
· To communicate peding issues and transportation issues (airport pick-up and airport drop) with the concierge. Effectively communicate with guests and other departments in both courteous and professional manner.
· To ensure and handle professionally bills postings. Double-check the bills especially the groups and in handling payments
· To report any short or over in cash to the front office manager or his assistant immediately, and to balance daily any short recorded by accounts.
Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
