Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and English

Prior experience working in a veterinary clinic (Advantage)

UAE driving license (preferable)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage appointments, client queries, and front desk operations

Basic knowledge of veterinary clinic workflow is an advantage

Well organized, calm, and patient in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist pet owners in a professional and caring manner

Manage appointment scheduling and follow ups

Handle phone calls, messages, and clinic inquiries

Coordinate with veterinarians and support staff

Maintain accurate client and pet records
