commercial, and industrial plumbing, heating, cooling, and drain cleaning services** since 2014. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused individual to fill a key **combined Receptionist & Dispatcher** role in our office.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and wants to be the friendly first point of contact for our valued customers while keeping our service technicians running smoothly.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers in a professional, friendly manner

- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently using our field service software

- Manage customer inquiries, provide basic service information, and coordinate follow-ups

- Handle invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks

- Maintain accurate records of jobs, customer information, and technician schedules

- Assist with general office duties including filing, ordering supplies, and light administrative support

### Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- **Previous experience in a receptionist, dispatcher, customer service, or office support role** (especially

in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or field service industries) strongly preferred

- **Experience using Jobber** (field service management software) and **QuickBooks** highly preferred

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills

- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment

- Proficient with computers, email, and basic office software

- Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
