We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Receptionist/Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling high call volumes, scheduling appointments, coordinating daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule and dispatch technicians
- Communicate updates between customers and field staff
- Maintain organized schedules, customer records, and job notes
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and service requests
- Process invoices, payments, and basic office paperwork
- Monitor emails, messages, and daily office communications
- Support office operations and assist management as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, dispatcher, or office administrator required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Experience with scheduling software, phones, and basic computer programs
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
