Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Equipment Lending Program Manager to join our team. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with the management of our equipment lending initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service for all visitors and program participants. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service while providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage the equipment lending program by tracking loans, returns, and inventory levels to ensure availability and accountability
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls, take messages, respond to voicemails and general inquiries while maintaining a call log.
- Maintain office security by monitoring and retaining demographic data and access to the building.
- Schedule appointments, Maintain Calendars, Schedule meetings and assist with filing, scanning and faxing.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and packages daily.
- Keep reception area, lobby, conference room, kitchen, and rest rooms clean and organized.
- Monitor availability of office, kitchen and restroom supplies, restock as needed and inform team when items need ordering.
- Collect and maintain data on all clients for grant purposes while maintaining confidentiality.
- Build and maintain positive community relationships.
- Create and maintain durable medical equipment inventory
- Ensure all equipment is properly labeled with MCH info & inventory number
- Sanitize returned equipment
- Keep accurate logs of damaged, donated or recycled equipment
- Complete necessary paperwork on each piece of equipment loaned out and when it is returned.
- Record all equipment donations & send tax reciepts and thank you for equipment donations.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communicate with community members about our Durable Medical Equipment lending program while building and maintaining positive community relationships.
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
