Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a pivotal role in providing a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage client appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and efficient utilization of time slots.
  • Provide information about our services, products, and promotions to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries, addressing client needs and directing calls to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting atmosphere.
  • Process client payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and manage appointment schedules, inventory, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the aesthetics team to ensure a smooth flow of appointments and efficient client management.
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing events, workshops, or promotions to engage clients and promote our offerings.
  • Handle client feedback and concerns professionally and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
