Are you a friendly, compassionate person who enjoys helping others feel comfortable and cared for? We’re looking for a Receptionist / Medical Assistant to join our Grand Rapids team and be a welcoming presence for our patients every day.

This is a dual role where you’ll support both the front desk and clinical team, helping our practice run smoothly while providing excellent care and service to our patients.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients with kindness and help them feel at ease
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions
• Support providers and clinical staff throughout the day
• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement activities
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Graduate of a Medical Assisting program
• Medical office or patient-care experience is a plus
• Basic patient care skills and familiarity with medical office workflows
