The Purposes:
The Receptionist/Office Administrator will serve as the face of the office, creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors and team members. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, overseeing onsite visitor relations, and supporting day-to-day office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll coordinate guest check-ins, maintain a polished and organized reception area, and assist with general administrative tasks that support multiple departments. This position is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating a positive, well-run environment.
The Job:
Front Desk & Reception Responsibilities

Provide consistent, full-time front desk coverage, coordinating with the Production Assistant team for backup support

Greet and check in all visitors and guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a timely manner

Manage conference room scheduling, including reservations and adjustments as needed

Receive and distribute deliveries (lunches, packages, etc.) and notify recipients promptly

Handle incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
Office Administration & Operations

Support client meetings by coordinating setup, including beverages, catering, and materials

Coordinate catering orders for internal meetings and special events

Manage office supply inventory, including ordering and maintaining supply rooms

Coordinate courier services for pickups and deliveries

Serve as the primary contact for breakroom vendors and resolve any service issues

Act as an onsite resource for general office needs and operational support

Partner with Office Management and HR to support employee engagement initiatives and events

Provide additional administrative support across departments as needed
The Person:

Experience in a professional office environment.

Ability to work well with others.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.

Daily Schedule
Monday - Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
