Receptionist/Office Assistant

We are a local small business with an office in Dublin. We are seeking a Receptionist/Assistant to join our team in a busy office. In this small business, we care for each other and value our employees as more than just an employee. We provide a relaxed work environment that is supportive, communicative, and helpful. The position is 9-5, M-F. The ideal candidate will have experience in receptionist duties, good communication skills, as well as being punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and call clients

- Enter new client information and process payments

- Open and close the office

- Provide personal assistant support to the office manager

- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, and proofreading

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Punctual and Dependable

- Experience working in an office environment preferred
