Job Description:
A well established and growing electronic recycling company is looking to hire an experienced or quick learning applicant for a Receptionist/Office Assistant position. The position requires working out of our Tampa office while providing support for our Atlanta location. Daily job duties will include answering a multiline phone system, general customer service, assisting drivers with customer communication, completing required job paperwork, and various other office projects. We are looking for applicants with a positive attitude who enjoy assisting customers and can handle a heavy call flow and multitasking.

Required Qualifications:

Comfortable answering phones, speaking to customers and answering questions.

Ability to maintain a friendly attitude even on a bad day or when dealing with difficult customers.

Excellent computer skills. Must be experienced in all Microsoft Office Applications.

Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.

Ability to multitask and juggle numerous requests simultaneously.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Consistent and accurate typing skills. Minimum of 50 WPM.
Preferred skills (not required):
-
Knowledge of the greater Atlanta area.

A basic understanding of computers, telecom, and networking equipment.

Comfortable using Google Maps.
Job Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
