Job Title: Receptionist cum Office Assistant

Location: Oud Metha, Dubai

Job Description:
We are seeking a well-presented and reliable Receptionist cum Office Assistant to join our law firm in Oud Metha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations while also supporting basic office administrative and housekeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately
  • Manage appointments and meeting schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, documents)
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Prepare and serve refreshments (tea/coffee) for staff and guests
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and basic administrative duties
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Presentable, polite, and professional attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Working Hours:
8 hours + 1 hour lunch break
