Receptionist/Personal Secretary

Job Title: Receptionist/Pa (Female) – Law Chamber

Location: Karachi DHA Phase 6

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

A busy law chamber is seeking a smart, well-spoken Female Receptionist/Personal Secretary to support a Barrister in daily administrative and communication tasks. The ideal candidate should have good English speaking skills, a professional attitude, and strong organizational abilities. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the Barrister’s calendar
  • Handle client inquiries politely and efficiently
  • Draft and manage basic correspondence and emails
  • Maintain and organize legal files and documents
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting notes when required
  • Manage office records and ensure confidentiality
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks within the chamber
  • Welcome and guide clients visiting the office

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Good spoken and written English is essential
  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Email handling, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or assistant will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
