**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Perform data entry and file management tasks
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong proofreading skills for reviewing documents and correspondence
- Ability to handle filing systems efficiently
- Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of customer support principles to assist clients effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette for professional communication
- Experience as a clerk handling administrative duties efficiently
- Prefer previous title work experience
