Receptionist/Secretary cum Administrator

Urgent hiring Receptionist / Secretary Cum administrator

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence like e-mail, letters, packages, etc.
  • Responsible for all aspects of HR and Administrative activities support
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with reception duties.
  • Data entry (Clients, ads listings, contracts, Ejari, etc.)
  • To maintain and keep the database and other documents updated
  • Assist colleagues and department head/manager on day-to-day activity
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and tenants details
  • Coordinating with tenants for rentals and maintenance issues
  • Daily logs of leads
  • following-up orders
  • Provide assistance to Manager in daily tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office and other office management tools.
  • Good communication with clients and supplier
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Females only

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Receptionist cum Admin: 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Location:

  • Dubai (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
