Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with the organization and filing of music recordings, contracts, metadata, and related documents using document management systems such as SharePoint or iManage
- Support archival processing efforts by digitizing physical records and ensuring adherence to archival standards and taxonomy guidelines
- Help maintain accurate metadata for music assets, including artist information, release dates, licensing details, and content descriptions
- Contribute to compliance management by reviewing documents for accuracy, proofreading materials, and ensuring adherence to legal and industry standards
- Support information governance initiatives by managing records retention schedules and supporting secure storage practices aligned with information security protocols
- Aid in the development and implementation of filing systems to improve accessibility and efficiency in document retrieval
- Assist with content management system updates, data entry, and quality control to ensure consistency across all records
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document management and filing processes
- Familiarity with content management systems such as SharePoint or similar platforms like iManage
- Basic understanding of metadata principles, taxonomy structures, and archival standards
- Experience with digitization projects and archives management is a plus
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation
- Knowledge of information security practices related to sensitive data handling
- Prior administrative experience or coursework related to records or data management is advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
