Record Maintenance Assistant – UK Based Company (Fresher)

Namakkal, India

We are a UK-based company. We are looking for a reliable person to handle record maintenance and document management for our UK office team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update digital records and client files
  • Organize company data and reports in shared folders
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
  • Support UK team with administrative tasks
  • Generate simple reports or data summaries as needed

Requirements:

  • Fresher
  • office based in Namakkal
  • Basic computer knowledge (Googlesheet, Word, Google Drive)
  • Attention to detail and good organization skills
  • Good English communication
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Freshers are welcome
