Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recovery Coordinator in Lahore Office to support and manage the recovery operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining recovery records, coordinating with Recovery Managers, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience required.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and record management.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accurate records of all recovery transactions.
- Manage the Customer Receiving Book with clear and organized entries.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly recovery progress from Recovery Managers.
- Prepare and share summarized weekly and monthly recovery reports with Senior Management.
- Keep updated records of all distributor contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate with distributors regarding documentation and communication.
- Stay informed about monthly tour schedules of Recovery Managers.
- Maintain a calendar to track the availability and tour plans of Recovery Managers.
- Lead and organize Recovery Campaigns to improve collection rates.
- Coordinate with Recovery Managers for campaign execution.
- Prepare and present timely reports to the Recovery Director.
- Ensure recovery trackers, logs, and summaries are regularly updated and accurate.
- Act as a liaison between the Recovery Department and other internal departments.
- Handle inter-departmental coordination related to recovery, documentation, and logistics.
- Process and close TADA (Traveling Allowance & Daily Allowance) claims after completion of recovery tours.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
