Recovery Executive

A renowned company deals in cardiac medical devices required Recovery Executive for Karachi region.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 1-year Experience in relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise overall recovery operations from government institutions and private clients.
• Set recovery targets and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Audit, and Tender departments for balance reconciliation and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and institutions for overdue and upcoming payments.
• Prepare and maintain recovery-related documentation including invoices, payment receipts, CDRs, performance guarantees, call deposits, agreements, and correspondence.
• Conduct client visits and handle recovery communication as per management instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery calls, visits, commitments, and payment details.
• Support in processing recovery agreements and escalate delayed cases to management when required.
