Recovery Officer (Bank & Vendor Recovery Rider)

Job Description / Summary of Duties:

• Visit designated banks to deposit or collect cheques, cash, bank statements, and other financial documents.
• Liaise with vendors to collect outstanding payments, invoices, bills, delivery receipts, or any pending documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections and deliveries, including receipts, slips, and acknowledgement signatures.
• Ensure secure handling of cash or sensitive documents.
• Follow up with vendors and bank staff in a courteous and professional manner regarding pending dues or discrepancies.
• Report daily activity logs and escalate any delay or issue to the accounts or admin department.
• Plan efficient travel routes to maximize daily visits and save time.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and confidentiality standards.

Requirement

• Minimum Matric (10th Grade); Intermediate or above preferred.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years as a recovery rider, dispatch rider, or field collector, especially with banks or vendors.
• Valid Motorcycle Driving License (Mandatory).
