Recovery Officer – Meydan Homes

Salary: Rs. 50,000.00 - Rs. 60,000.00 per month + Performance-based Incentives

About the Role:

Patel Group Holdings is seeking a dedicated and firm, yet customer-oriented Recovery Officer to manage client accounts for our latest residential project, Meydan Homes. Since our buyers are on structured 36-month instalment plans, this role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow while preserving strong relationships with our a lottees. You wi l be responsible for ensuring the timely colection of monthly insta lments and managing the official notice protocols for delayed payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Installment Tracking: Proactively monitor client accounts and fo low up on scheduled monthly instalments via cals, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure zero delinquency.

● Notice Issuance: Strictly execute the official recovery protocols by issuing formal "Demand Notices" to late payers, folowed by the mandatory 10-day "Reminder Notices" as outlined in the alotment terms and conditions.

● Default Management: Negotiate viable payment timelines with clients facing temporary f inancial issues, and initiate the formal cance lation and refund processes for accounts that remain unresponsive after the final warning periods.

● Record Keeping: Maintain pristine, up-to-date records of al recoveries, pending dues, and client communications within the company CRM.

● Inter-departmental Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Head to cross-reference booking details, customized payment plans, transfer fees, and possession clearances.

● Reporting: Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports for the management team.

Requirements: * Experience: Proven experience in recoveries, credit control, or co lections (experience in real estate insta lment plans is highly preferred).

● Communication Skills: Excelent verbal and written communication skils in Urdu and English, with the ability to remain polite but extremely firm during negotiations.

● Resilience: Strong ability to handle pressure, manage difficult client conversations professiona ly, and consistently meet recovery targets.

● Tech Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of MS Office (especialy Excel for tracking) and basic CRM/Cal Center software.

● Work Ethic: Self-motivated, highly organized, and result-driven.
