Recovery Officer (Own Visa Female)

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication to recover outstanding debts.
• Handle difficult and fussy clients with professionalism, patience, and negotiation skills.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements while maintaining a positive client relationship.
• Monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate recovery actions as per company policies.
• Collaborate with legal teams for escalated cases and assist with documentation for legal proceedings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities.
• Investigate disputes, address concerns, and provide solutions to avoid escalations.
• Identify trends in non-payment cases and suggest improvements to recovery strategies.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in debt collection, finance, or customer service.
✅ Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to handle difficult clients and remain calm under pressure.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
✅ Knowledge of legal debt recovery processes is an advantage.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
✅ High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or law is a plus.
