RPM Towing & Recovery is looking for a Recovery Operations Coordinator to help keep service operations organized, responsive, and moving efficiently from start to finish.

This role plays an important part in supporting the coordination and communication that helps recovery and roadside service requests move smoothly through the process. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and helping ensure important details don't get overlooked.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can shift throughout the day. Success in this role comes from strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple moving pieces organized.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate operational activities related to active service requests and recovery workflows
  • Monitor ongoing requests and help ensure information is updated accurately and consistently
  • Communicate with customers, partners, and internal team members regarding service-related updates and follow-up needs
  • Support scheduling, status tracking, and administrative processes connected to daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation within company systems
  • Help identify and address workflow bottlenecks or communication gaps that may impact service delivery
  • Assist with operational follow-up activities to help ensure requests are completed efficiently
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts that support organization, responsiveness, and operational consistency

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in operations support, logistics coordination, transportation services, dispatch support, customer operations, administrative coordination, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfort working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
  • Experience with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, logistics software, or administrative tools is helpful
  • Previous experience in towing, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, roadside services, or a related industry is a plus

Pay: $64,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
