Job Summary:

The Recovery Truck Driver is responsible for operating a recovery truck to provide towing and recovery services for disabled or damaged vehicles. The driver will ensure safe and efficient vehicle recovery, maintain the recovery truck, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. *Vehicle Recovery:*

- Respond to dispatch calls for vehicle recovery and towing services.

- Safely operate the recovery truck to tow and recover vehicles from various locations, including highways, accident sites, and other areas.

- Use recovery equipment and tools to load, secure, and transport vehicles.

2. *Customer Service:*

- Interact professionally with customers, providing assistance and information as needed.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling vehicles with care and providing timely service.

3. *Safety and Compliance:*

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating the recovery truck.

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the recovery truck and equipment.

- Report any vehicle or equipment issues to the maintenance department.

4. *Documentation:*

- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each recovery job.

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information.

5. *Maintenance:*

- Ensure the recovery truck and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.

- Schedule and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

- Valid UAE driver's license 3 ,Manual with a clean driving record.

- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.

- Previous experience operating recovery or tow trucks is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of vehicle recovery techniques and equipment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team..

*Working Conditions:*

- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions.

- May be required to respond to emergency recovery calls at any time
