<Responsibilities>

• Design and implement engaging dance curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, or other styles.
• Lead energetic dance classes that promote physical activity, artistic expression, and enjoyment for participants of all ages.
• Manage classroom environments effectively by maintaining discipline, encouraging participation, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide individualized tutoring or coaching to students needing extra support in dance techniques or performance skills.
• Incorporate elements of theater, choreography, and performance preparation into lessons to enhance creativity and stage presence.
• Utilize photography skills to document performances or class activities for promotional purposes or student portfolios.
• Support early childhood education and preschool programs by introducing age-appropriate dance activities that promote childhood development and motor skills.

<Experience>

• Proven experience in teaching dance classes across various age groups, with a strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Classroom management skills that create an engaging yet disciplined environment conducive to learning and fun.
• Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings, including preschool or early childhood education environments.
• Knowledge of ballet techniques along with other dance styles such as jazz or contemporary; familiarity with theater arts is a plus.
• Background in childcare or special education to adapt lessons for children with diverse needs or learning styles.
• Skills in photography to capture performances and class activities effectively.
• Additional culinary or sewing experience is beneficial for integrating creative projects into dance programs that involve costume design or themed activities.
