Position Summary

Tournament Facilitators & Yard Game Rental Managers to help create and manage fun, memorable outdoor experiences.

This is a fun opportunity with high earning potential and built-in support—perfect as a side hustle, part-time role, or even a stepping stone toward running your own small business.

Operators are responsible for transportation, storage, and performing necessary repairs or minor replacements. Triangle Lawn Games LLC retains sole ownership of, and responsibility for, all other business-related assets.

What You'll Do

• Deliver, set up, and tear down lawn game equipment
• Facilitate cornhole tournaments and client events
• Be the go-to contact on-site for customers
• Maintain and clean equipment
• Perform light equipment repairs when needed
• Keep accurate inventory
• Represent TLG professionally and follow safety protocols

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and vehicle registration
• Mid-size SUV (or larger) to transport game equipment
• 10x10+ secure storage space for equipment
• Comfortable using your address for Google My Business location pin
• Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends (8 AM–10 PM possible event window)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Interest in event planning, recreation, or hospitality

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in coaching, yard games, or running events
• Familiarity with cornhole, Giant Jenga, Connect 4, or similar games
