Recreation Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recreation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential wellness facilities, including spa, gym, steam, and sauna.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service, smooth facility operations, and an excellent experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations of all recreational facilities (spa, gym, steam, sauna)

* Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and properly maintained at all times

* Supervise and manage recreation staff, including receptionists, therapists, and attendants

* Monitor staff performance, schedules, and service standards

* Handle resident inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally

* Ensure only authorized residents and guests are accessing the facilities

* Develop and implement policies and procedures for facility usage and safety

* Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for any operational issues

* Monitor inventory of spa and wellness supplies and ensure proper stock levels

* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

* Prepare reports on operations, incidents, and facility usage

* Recommend improvements to enhance overall resident experience

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Recreation Manager, Spa Manager, or similar role

* Experience in residential, hotel, or wellness facility management is preferred

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

* Knowledge of spa, gym, and wellness operations

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

* Flexible with working hours
