Recreational Gymnastics Coach

Overview
We are seeking a passionate Gymnastics Coach to join our team at a dynamic gymnastics center. If you have a background in physical education, martial arts, judo, lifeguarding, swimming, basketball, sports coaching, or babysitting, this position could be perfect for you. Experience in coaching is preferable, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Educate and train gymnasts of various skill levels
- Develop and implement gymnastics routines and lesson plans
- Provide guidance on proper techniques and form
- Monitor and evaluate gymnasts' progress
- Ensure a safe and positive training environment
- Implement behavior management strategies when needed

Requirements

- Required to know (or learn) how to help athletes by spotting. Lifting approximately 50lbs.

- Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or related fields (preferred)
- Certification in gymnastics coaching is a plus
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
